Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the Charlotte & Luke website, a personal shared website for the features its members choose to use together.

Using the site

Use the site respectfully and only for lawful purposes. Keep sign-in details private, and do not try to access, disrupt, or change another person's account or information without permission. The site owner may update, pause, or remove features as needed.

What we add

We are responsible for the photos, text, links, and other material we submit. Only upload or share material we have the right to use and that we are comfortable storing with the services described in the Privacy Policy.

Visibility matters: some shared entries saved by the site are kept in a public GitHub repository. Gallery images are in a private bucket. Videos uploaded to YouTube are Unlisted, which means anyone with the link may view them. Check the Privacy Policy before adding anything personal.

YouTube and other services

YouTube uploads are handled by Google/YouTube and must follow their terms and community rules. We choose the Unlisted setting in this app, but that is not the same as private. Spotify, TikTok, GitHub, Cloudflare, Backblaze, Google, and other linked services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms.

Availability

This is a personal project provided as-is. Features may change or be unavailable, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent retention. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site owner is not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact

These terms may be updated when the site changes. Continued use after a posted update means the updated terms apply to future use. For questions, contact the site owner using the support contact shown in the site's Google OAuth app information.
